Course overview
  • Learn about the history of Reiki
  • Be introduced to the Reiki principles
  • Receive 4 initiations into Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho
  • Learn about self treatment
  • Learn how to give treatments to others with the emphasis on good practice and ethics
  • Learn about the hand positions used on the front and back of the body
  • Learn about the different types of physical and emotional reactions one might experience after a Reiki treatment
  • Discuss how Bach Flower Remedies and other forms of energy medicine can be combined with Reiki
  • Discuss treating children, animals and plants
  • Discuss using Reiki in First Aid Situations

You will receive 10-12 hours tuition and be given a recognised certificate at the end of the class. Be invited to attend a Reiki Share Group to practice your newly gained skills and join a supportive group of Reiki Practitioners. There is a small fee of £7 to attend each Reiki Share session.

Reiki Level 2 Class 'Okuden' - £350

The second Degree Initiation is for those who wish to practice Reiki at a deeper level. The focus of the course will be on distance healing. Classes are held in small groups, usually three to four students. It is recommended that you would have practiced Reiki Level 1 for at least 6 months before taking Reiki Level 2.
